​What's Included with a Creekside Nature Unschool Membership?

Here are all the benefits you will be able to receive from your yearly subscription:

• Two weekly in-person enrichment gatherings that meet between September and May (Holiday schedules apply)

• Three seasonal, family gathering events

• One monthly, family education event

• Access to our private, social media, online community

• Access to enrichment program supplements 

• Access to additional preschool, homeschool, supplements 
   

How Our Memberships Work

We use a yearly based membership system to ensure that our current members can keep their spot in our program without worrying about having to sign up again each month.​
 

• Membership is charged monthly via invoice, through our membership and invoicing software.

• Please note that when registering for Creekside Nature Unschool, you are signing a yearly contract that can be paid in full at the time of enrollment or broken in nine monthly payments. Payments are billed on the first of each month and due by the 15th to secure your child's spot for the next month. 
   

Waitlist Policy

If your desired Creekside Nature Unschool group is full, you will automatically be added to the waitlist.

Our waitlist is in chronological order; your spot will be held in the order it is received.

When a spot opens, our Admin team will reach out to you to inform you of an available spot for the following month (usually around the 15th of each month). You will then have 24 hours to claim your spot before we will offer it to the next person on the list.

If you miss your 24-hour window you will keep your spot in line for the next month if any spots become available.

One you confirm you would like to claim the opening, our admin team will bill you and you will be able to secure the spot by paying through our secure, online invoicing software. As long as your payment is made in that 24-hour period, your spot will be secured. If it does not get paid, you will be moved to the bottom of the list.

If you selected a future start date, and you receive a waitlist claim email, but you are not ready to start classes, you can pass and keep your name at the top of the list for future months OR ask to be removed from the waitlist.

Membership Holds Policy

In the case where you would like to put your membership on hold, we can unenroll you and place you back at the top of the waitlist. You will no longer receive an invoice, but your spot will be given to the next person on the list. When a spot becomes available again, you will be contacted to re-enroll.

Refunds

Creekside Nature Unschool does not offer refunds for monthly gatherings once your account has been charged. For more details, please see our full Refunds Policy.
