Mud Kitchen Morning

Come stir, scoop, pour, and create in the Pine Wood Classroom! During Mud Kitchen Morning, children are invited to use water, soil, sticks, leaves, pine needles, and other natural materials to make mud pies, forest soup, pretend coffee, woodland cakes, and whatever else their imaginations cook up.

Families can enjoy open-ended play at The Muddy Spoon and nearby nature stations, along with a short circle time and a 15-minute outdoor story time. This play day is all about messy sensory play, pretend cooking, experimenting, and joyful collaboration.

Registration: Children ages 3–6.

Cost: $3 per registered child. Accompanying adults and younger siblings are free. Currently enrolled Creekside families may attend at no cost. Younger siblings may accompany their caregiver, but activities and materials are planned for preschool-aged children. Caregivers are responsible for supervising all children they bring
